Starting problem
New enquiries were coming in while the team was busy on shift or out working, so leads were easy to miss or respond to late. Follow-up depended too much on somebody spotting the message at the right time.
What changed
We built a simple lead flow in Make that captured new enquiries, sent them to the right place straight away, and made it clear what still needed a response without overbuilding the process.
Result
Lead handling became more reliable, response times improved, and the team stopped relying on memory or checking messages between jobs to see what had come in.
